Urban homesteading can be a fun and fulfilling way to decrease your carbon footprint while learning useful methods for producing your own wholesome home staples. We will be exploring canning & preserving, animal husbandry and beekeeping, gardening and mycology, foraging and gleaning, home crafting and sewing, permaculture practices, and the use of native plants for both culinary and medicinal uses.

The aim of this Meetup is to foster education, support and community for sustainable living. You don't have to have a homestead, own property or be in an intentional community to participate.
